From March 1st, 2024, Viet Phu Payment Services Support Corporation (MOVI Benefits Program) changes shipping and delivery partners. Delivery staff of MOVI delivery partner will be in charge of processing and contacting delivery to MOVI you. To ensure the rights and prevent risks for customers, we send you notes on regulations and mandatory requirements when receiving goods:
1. Delivery form: the customer's delivery person checks the delivery record for correct information before proceeding with delivery.
2. Check the goods: Customers have the right to request to check or not check the goods before receiving the goods
• If the customer requests inspection: the delivery person is responsible for supervising the customer during the inspection of the goods
• If the customer requests no inspection: the customer confirms on the delivery record "no inspection required".
3. Sign the delivery record: the delivery person and the customer sign the delivery record, each party keeps 01 copy after the customer checks the goods.
4. Customer must agree to let the delivery person take 03 photos according to MOVI's regulations:
• The delivery record is signed by the customer and the delivery person with the customer's ID on the front
• Delivery record signed by the customer and the delivery person with the customer's ID on the back
• Customers and delivered products

6. Scope of transportation:
• Intra-province: Is the scope of shipping orders with receiving and delivery addresses in the same province.
• Intra-region: Is the scope of shipping orders with receiving and delivery addresses in two provinces in the same region (North, Central or South).
• Near region: Is the scope of shipping orders with receiving and delivery addresses in two provinces in 2 regions that are close to each other (South to Central and vice versa or North to Central and vice versa).
• Inter-region: Is the scope of shipping orders with receiving and delivery addresses in two provinces in two regions that are not adjacent to each other (South to North and vice versa).
Note: Process time only applies to orders that are in normal Shipped status, orders that are pending, have problems (change of recipient's name, incorrect ID,...) and delivery time will depend on the order processing situation.
