• Insurance claim form
• Providing documents that you are infected with Covid

FOR EXAMPLE:

• September 2021, Ms.Vy has cash advance order VND6.000.000 from MOVI's financial partner that combined with a Bao an tai chinh insurance order, installment within 6 months
• Ms.Vy has been infected Covid-19 since October 20th, 2021, she is isolated for treatment at home for 7 days
• Ms.Vy is compensated by HDI for one installment period of VND1.284.000 (*)
