SUMMARY OF 2 YEARS IMPLEMENTING BLACK CREDIT PREVENTION IN WORKERS IN BINH DUONG.

According to a report from the Labor Relations Board under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the 20 trillion VND credit package to combat "black credit" among workers has been implemented. As of March 2024, 43 provincial and central city labor federations have collaborated with HD Saison and FE Credit to provide preferential loans to 735,000 workers, with a total amount of over 11,500 trillion VND. On average, each worker uses the loan service with a value of about 15.6 million VND.

At the conference, delegates stated that the implementation of this preferential loan package has helped workers reduce difficulties and stay away from "black credit". However, there are still many limitations and difficulties in the implementation of the loan package.

Many suggestions have been made to continue finding effective and safer solutions for workers participating in the preferential loan package; strengthen propaganda about the loan package to workers; and resolve obstacles in accessing preferential loans.

The General Confederation will consider supporting and creating favorable conditions for MOVI to access and communicate with grassroots trade unions in Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Vinh Phuc, Thanh Hoa, Hai Duong, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Tay Ninh, Binh Phuoc, Long An, Dong Nai, ... to contribute to effective "black credit" prevention and control.

In addition, MOVI's 6-month plan for 2024 will continue to improve the user-friendly MOVI Member application, streamline and expedite processes, especially in enhancing service quality and after-sales support.

Maintain relationships with the District Trade Union, grassroots trade unions, listen to and absorb feedback from trade unions, partners, and customers, and accompany the grassroots trade unions in taking care of the lives of workers.

MOVI will develop and cooperate in new trade unions, provinces, and cities, expand its network of reputable partners and suppliers, and introduce new products.
